Refunds & Returns
At Sellzii.com, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy, subject to the terms below.
1. Return Period
You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return any item you purchased on sellzii.com for a refund or exchange. After the 15-day return period has expired, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return, exchange, or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging it was shipped in.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
- The product must not be damaged or defective unless it was received in such a condition.
- If the product was a final sale or clearance item, it is not eligible for return or refund.
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@sellzii.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Ship the Item Back: Once you receive the return authorization, carefully pack the item(s) and ship them to the address provided. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
4. Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@sellzii.com. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and availability of the product. We may ask for photos of the damaged or defective product to process the claim.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Digital products or downloadable content.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
8. Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
